Anne Ruijter lives on this big blue earth since 1998. She is a creative researcher, or a researching creative. The order is not so important. She aims to create work about the things that matter on this big blue earth. Because a lot matters. And a lot is at stake.
Through research, Anne tries to unravel some of the intertwined and intertwisted issues our society knows. With creativity, may it be on film or another medium, she creates projects rooted in her findings. This way, she creates in-depth work that has something to say.
In her free time, she likes to be near the Earth's seas and oceans. Luckily, these blue bodies of water cover about 71 percent of the Earth's surface.
