EXPOSED deals with the exposure to rising temperatures and the exposure of the female body. The female body in particular is vulnerable to both the male gaze as well as the climate crisis. EXPOSED turns attention for 'hot' bodies into advocacy about the planet's rising heat and temperatures.
The project started with experiments of projections of climate change on the female body and later evolved into a concept for a radical sunbathing collective. It is theoretically supported by a research document which explores the vulnerability of the (female) body and analyses work from other artists on the topic.

Within this pdf you will find a glimpse into the personal research process behind this project.
